About us
Data on Polish companies you can actually understand.
MONODAT collects data from more than 35 official state registries, merges them into a single profile per company and publishes a data-driven analysis every working day. No rumours, no opinions about individual firms — registry facts and their interpretation.
What we do
One database, many registries
Every company in Poland leaves a trail in the registries: a KRS entry, financial statements, a beneficial owner in CRBR, a VAT whitelist status, MSiG announcements, KRZ filings, EU grants, state aid, sanctions. MONODAT joins those trails into one continuously updated profile.
Sources
Official data only
We use public registries and official data exclusively. We do not buy data from brokers and we do not guess: if it is not in a registry, it is not on MONODAT.
National Court Register (KRS) — extracts, change history, financial statements
CRBR — beneficial owners and control structure
VAT whitelist — taxpayer status and bank accounts
KRZ and MSiG — bankruptcies, restructurings, liquidations
EU funds, state aid (SUDOP), public procurement
Sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP)
Blog
A daily analysis from the data
Monday to Friday we publish one article built on our database: new companies by region, sectors, liquidations, funding, succession in family firms, growth rankings. Every piece has charts, a forecast and a regional comparison — and always names its source.
Principles
What we do not do
- 01
We do not publish personal data beyond what public registries contain (never PESEL numbers).
- 02
We do not rate individual companies in articles — we write about patterns and numbers.
- 03
We do not sell data to brokers or build marketing lists.
